How Does Michael Turi & Associates Work?

Michael Turi & Associates provides a consultative search process that includes the following comprehensive steps:

1) Conduct an Analysis of Company Requirements

We begin by discussing the key responsibilities, objectives and expectations for the position. We will assist you in strategizing and assessing the ideal candidate profile for the position.

2) Determine How to Present the Opportunity

The manner in which your company is presented to potential candidates is important. We will assist in preparing an effective method of presenting your opportunity to attract and motivate your ideal candidates.

3) Create a Custom Search Profile

Using the information gathered by our team, we will prepare a plan of action or Custom Search Profile. This profile is sent to you for authorization, ensuring that we are targeting the right companies and potential candidates.

4) Conduct Research and Screen Candidates

We utilize proprietary, advanced research tools and software that provide powerful search and sourcing capabilities. We will conduct an extensive screening process throughout the marketplace for potential candidates from ideal locations, companies, industries, and associations where high-caliber people fitting your qualifications may reside.

5) Conduct In-Depth Candidate Interviews

We will invite only those able to pass our initial screening to participate in a comprehensive interview process.

6) Present Qualified Candidates

You will see only those candidates that have successfully completed our comprehensive interview process. Not only does this process provide you with the most qualified candidates available, it also saves you the time and cost of finding them yourself – allowing you to focus on your business during the search process.

7) Prepare Candidates for Each Interview

Once we agree on the candidates, we then prepare the candidates for each interview by sharing with them company history, information on who they are going to meet with, and any additional information on your agenda you feel is appropriate.

8) Prepare the Client for Each Interview

To assist you in preparing for the interview, we share with you the Candidate’s Profile which includes information about the candidate going beyond the resume. Of course, we provide the candidate’s full contact information and resume as well.

9) Debrief the Candidate

We will perform a complete debrief with the candidate after the interview and communicate their feedback with you right away.

10) Debrief the Client

We also conduct a complete debrief with you to determine your decision whether to continue with the candidate in the process or pass on the candidate.

11) Conduct In-Depth Reference Checks

At your request, we conduct in-depth reference interviews and share the results with you. The information we pass on to you about our candidates has been obtained from third parties and/or the candidate, and we do not independently warrant its accuracy. Since most employers prefer to conduct their own background checks as a condition upon hire, we will conduct background checks only as specifically requested.

12) Consult With Candidate Regarding Counteroffers

Industry advice regarding rejecting counteroffers will be shared with the candidate.

13) Make the Offer and Gain Acceptance

Once you have chosen which candidate you would like to pursue, we will make the offer to ensure you will have a decision within a 24-hour timeframe.

14) Follow-up with the Client and the New Hire

We make a commitment to maintain communication with both the client and the candidate after employment has begun.

15) Quality Assurance Assessment

We believe strongly in providing value-added service and look forward to continuous improvement with your feedback.
